The Shilston Partnership works with clients to expand their consulting service offerings or industry capabilities by targeting specialist teams or entire divisions and moving them to our clients. Teams are only moved when it has been established that the existing team will bring clients with them. Team moves provide immense value to our clients and are effective in any economic climate. Moving teams is most common when helping a client to grow, but is also a powerful tool when used strategically to weaken the competition.

Some teams come from smaller consulting firms where the brand of the company is equally important to our clients. In these instances we recommend acquiring the target company, rather than moving the team on its own.
