Role Description

Within their Financial Services Practice, our client is now looking to hire Senior Managers and Directors who are experts in Change Management consulting.

Role Requirements

It is essential that all candidates have previous Consulting experience with a strong track record of change management consulting in the Financial Services market.

Financial Services industry experience is essential and you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Leading large complex change programmes and teams
  • Impressive sales/ new business development track record
  • Delivery on change management assignments and leading small client facing teams
  • Evidence of thought leadership and opinions on change management initiatives
  • Functional expertise in regulation, risk or compliance would be advantageous
  • The ability to communicate with clients and overcome resistance to change
  • Outstanding facilitation skills with the ability to influence groups of people
  • Strong analytical and process mapping skills
  • Degree qualified
