Role Description

The Advisory practice is growing from strength to strength and our client is emphasising the importance of hiring People & Change Managers and Senior Managers.

For the right candidate, this opportunity offers the chance to work across a broad range of industry verticals including; Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Retail and Consumer.

The People & Change competency offered by our client provides sustained people, culture and organisational change results, supporting a varied cross section of clients’ transition through major change issues and overcoming any resistance to change.

Potential candidates should be able to demonstrate all of the following;

Educated to Degree level

Building Leadership teams and organization structures

Excellent client facing skills and relationship management

Relevant industry experience (industry verticals detailed above)

Leading and supporting the sales of People & Change led consulting work

Deep understanding of at least one of the following areas: cultural and organisational change, organisational design, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, HR Transformation.
