Role Description

The Advisory practice is growing from strength to strength and our client is emphasising the importance of hiring People & Change Managers and Senior Managers.

For the right candidate, this opportunity offers the chance to work across a broad range of industry verticals including; Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Retail and Consumer.

The People & Change competency offered by our client provides sustained people, culture and organisational change results, supporting a varied cross section of clients’ transition through major change issues and overcoming any resistance to change.

Potential candidates should be able to demonstrate all of the following;

  • Educated to Degree level
  • Building Leadership teams and organization structures
  • Excellent client facing skills and relationship management
  • Relevant industry experience (industry verticals detailed above)
  • Leading and supporting the sales of People & Change led consulting work
  • Deep understanding of at least one of the following areas: cultural and organisational change, organisational design, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, HR Transformation.
